Roger is the senior and founding partner of the firm. Since 1977, he has served Armstrong County by providing straightforward, practical and honest legal advice. Currently, his practice is focused on estate administration and probate. His diverse experience across multiple practice areas allows him to expertly assist his clients. His hard work and dedication to the practice of the law serves as the foundation upon which the firm has been built.
Roger received his B.A. degree from Thiel College, cum laude in 1969 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977 after serving his country in the United States Army in Vietnam. He is a Member of the Armstrong County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts and U.S. District Court for Western Pennsylvania.
Roger has maintained an “AV” Preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating Service for many years.
Roger is actively involved in the Worthington Lions Club, in the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Kittanning, and in the Downtown Kittanning Revitalization Committee. In his spare time, you can find Roger standing in a trout stream or walking his dog, Ollie.
