Ty has been a partner in the firm since 2008. A life-long resident of Armstrong County, he represents public and private clients with an emphasis on residential and commercial real estate, estate and trust planning, estate administration and probate as well as business and corporation matters. He has participated in many public infrastructure projects, funded both privately and through PENNVEST.
Ty graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with a B.A. degree in Philosophy and Business and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pitt Law in 2008. He is a member of the Armstrong County Bar Association and is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and in the U.S. District Court for Western Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ty is a licensed title insurance agent.
Ty is a Board Member of the Armstrong County Community Foundation and the Armstrong Amateur Hockey League. When he is not at the office he is probably at an ice rink, a soccer field, or a dance competition helping to coach his children’s teams or cheering their efforts.
